BUILDING ACCESS:

You have access to the building 24/7.

All entry doors are open from 8:30 am to 5:00 pm.

As a full security building access after these hours is by swipe card on entry and just exit to leave-no codes to enter

PARKING:

Free parking on site for you and your clients.

GARBAGE:

There is a garbage bin (locked) at the south east corner of the parking lot. You have a key.

Garbage pickup days are Tuesday and Friday am.-but garbage may be put in there anytime.

Please ensure that your bag or box is securely closed/taped. The garbage men are very picky-pardon the pun.

LIGHTING:

Bulbs are to be supplied and changed by the Tenant. Ballasts will be supplied and changed by the Landlord.

WASHROOMS:

Located on every floor

FIRE ESCAPE:

Fire exits (with signs) are through the east, west and North  side doors. All are equipped with panic hardware for easy exit.

RENT PAYMENT;

All rent cheques are to be made payable to: Schufa Investments Ltd.

They can just be slid into the mailslot of our office -(scotiabank bldg 2nd floor suite 106) anytime.

Post dated cheques are great!
