_{As a full security building access after these hours is by swipe card on entry and just exit to leave-no codes to enter}

_PARKING:

_{Free parking on site for you and your clients.}

_GARBAGE:

_{There is a garbage bin (locked) at the south east corner of the parking lot. You have a key.}

_{Garbage pickup days are Tuesday and Friday am.-but garbage may be put in there anytime.}

_{Please ensure that your bag or box is securely closed/taped. The garbage men are very picky-pardon the pun.}

_LIGHTING:

_{Bulbs are to be supplied and changed by the Tenant. Ballasts will be supplied and changed by the Landlord.}

_WASHROOMS:

Located on every floor

_{FIRE ESCAPE:}

_{Fire exits (with signs) are through the east, west and North  side doors. All are equipped with panic hardware for easy exit.}

_{RENT PAYMENT;}

_{All rent cheques are to be made payable to: Schufa Investments Ltd.}

_{They can just be slid into the mailslot of our office -(scotiabank bldg 2nd floor suite 106) anytime.}
